Q. How do I know that counselling is going to be right for me?

A. At the first session we will discuss my experience and our approach to the sessions and you will have the opportunity to voice your expectations or concerns and ask any questions

Q. How often will we meet?

A. We will meet every week on the same day at the same time; this is negotiable

Q. How many sessions will I have?

A. This will vary and be dependent on your needs and will be discussed in the first session. You are not required to commit to a minimum number of sessions

Q. How long is a session?

A. Each session lasts 50 minutes

Q. What if I need to cancel or change a session?

A. A session can be changed or cancelled, if more than 24 hours’ notice is given then no fee will be payable. If the change or cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment time, £20.00 will be payable to cover business costs

Q. How do I pay for my session?

A. Payment is by cash or cheque and is required at the end of each session
